Hopefully, you’ve already heard the news that the Musicians’ Network is back in action!  Come join us in the Fellowship Hall this Thursday, April 2, at 7:00 P.M. for an evening of worship, instructional classes, fellowship, and God’s Word!

This month, we will be offering classes for beginner guitar, intermediate guitar, drums, bass, voice, chart reading, and songwriting . . . and it’s free!

(Sorry, no children under 12 can be accommodated in the classes.)

Come join us this Sunday night, March 22, as Raymond Gregory, the newest member of the Harvest Worship Band will be the special musical guest for Day7. Raymond will be sharing songs from his newly-released CD,  Matrimony.   If you enjoy hearing him lead worship on Sundays and Wednesdays, you’ll definitely want to join us for this special night of ministry.  Raymond will also be signing CD’s following the service and would love to say “hi” to you.  Be sure to bring an unsaved friend, as Pastor Steve Wilburn will be delivering the Gospel message.  It all starts at 6:00 p.m.- don’t miss it!

Harvest Christian School has a program where you can help support the school’s programs by purchasing gift cards and certificates from many local and national merchants.

These are the same gift cards that are sold at the stores that you shop at. They cost the same as if you were purchasing direct from the retailers, but the program actually gives back a percentage of the card’s cost to benefit our school.

The school has used these funds in the past to upgrade and purchase new computers and sports gear for the students.

You can purchase cards from many popular retailers the school has on hand, including grocery store cards and gas cards. They’re perfect for birthday gifts, graduation gifts, or just to have on hand for those last minute “I need a gift!” gifts!

Stop by the School Office, Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. to purchase on-hand cards or to fill out an order form. It’s easy and very convenient and with more than 150 businesses to choose from, you’re sure to find the perfect gift for someone, for yourself, and for those everyday shopping trips you make.

Beginning tomorrow night, Thursday, March 12, join Pastor Greg as he begins his new Bible study in the heart of Orange County. The study is based on a series of messages called Essentials: What Every Christian Needs to Know.

Pastor Greg will be speaking weekly on topics such as prayer, heaven and hell, angels, temptation, trails and more. Join him at the Free Chapel OC building on Jamboree Road between the 5 and 405 freeways. For more information and directions, go here.

The Lord is at work in the Harvest Missions Ministry!

Many new skilled team members have joined the Medical Missions Team and we have some important Missions opportunities for those teams in 2009. Our Disaster Relief/Church Rebuilding Team has set some new dates for this year as we continue our work along the Gulf Coast and we have two local projects this year as well.   Continue Reading »
