From Pastor Greg’s Blog

We have just returned from our trip overseas. I am majorly jet-lagged.
I HATE jet lag (I am typing this at 3:45 a.m. on Friday morning). But it’s good to be home again!
One of the things I miss most when I’m away from America is Mexican food! So that will be on my list of things to do today.

Mexican Food is always a Big one when I am away from soCal too ! I have to go to Tony’s on Chicago as soon as I get back! I want to go with you to the Holy Land in the next few years…I can’t think of a better host than Harvest and their staff! We need to smuggle some burritos on board in an ice chest ! Looking forward to church on Sunday…we have our work cut out for us with the new laws on homosexual marriage…I do not want to be explaining to my grandsons about mommy and mommy or daddy and daddy marriages and it looks like it is going to be the standard curriculum in public schools unless we overturn it in November…we have a small prayer group of Christians here at work that pray every Thursday at lunch together and this is one of the main thrusts in our prayers !

Glad you had a great trip. It was good to see you at Orange Crest Sunday!
My husband and I were just in awe of all we saw, touched, tasted. We read the Word of God now with reference to what we saw. Every believer needs to experience a visit to the Jerusalem. We are looking forward to returning. And may I add, the worship and devotions were fantastic. The time in the Sea of Galilee was just over the top!! Thanks Harvest staff & Inspiration for making our visit to Jerusalem & Jordan such a sweet time.

Me too Greg, I hate jet lag, it’s the 26th and I still have a migraine. And I missed Mexican food too, we stopped for tacos on the way home from LAX. BUT the trip was fantastic, the best I’ve ever had!!!
